First reported by Noska Darr and Ordo. In the mountains north of Troval, in Clan Egumelo's territory. The two fought a lightning-spewing drake here, and found signs of Bulettes.

They also reported seeing a Soul Rune like the one that Ravik has tattooed on his chest, and that bound Rai'Voa to him. See The tale of the Runekeeper
