Flooded Library

A flooded library at the northern edge of the Golden Quarter. Outside marked with Thieves Cant sign to keep away.

Within, Jenel, a Bluetrench Dropout, oversaw the Filamine operation for the sake of Melandra Valor. The Library served as a warehouse for Filamine crates and materials from Troval.

A passage into the sewers was dug, leading both to the Lotus Nexus' nest under Plaza of the Seven, as well as to the boats used to squirrel the contraband in via the Sewers.

On June 23, the group stormed the place alongside Frozz and his folks. Jenel was captured and damning proof against Melandra Valor was discovered.

Ravik:

• A chest hidden under a loose floorboard. It contains silver bars worth 200 gp. They are all stamped with Melandra's crest.,

• 14 uncut gems of various sizes, worth 10gp each,

• Among the crates marked Troval, two are marked with Bluetrench's sigil, but it's clearly repurposed. They both contain rotting vegetables over a fake bottom that hides more Filamine vials.,

• A sealed letter. Its contents are written in Thieves' Cant with green ink. If Trick reads it, she finds that it means:,

"Keep the imbalance, attention on the surface. Roots take time to grow."

• 54 gp and 34 sp from the dead thugs,

• 5 light crossbows (damaged) and 5 pistols (damaged) from the thugs,

• 20 daggers of various designs and qualities,

• 1 set of brass knuckles designed to resemble claws,

• 2 ivory dice sets,

• A folded hit list that includes a series of names, marked as being from the Ashtray. The following jump out at you: Tulikas, Neona, and Daelius.

On the hobgoblin, Riga finds:

• A cracked spellshard. Riga recognizes it as a simple model often given to Shardlings.,

• A leather pouch containing 87 gp, 320 sp, and a handful of copper coins.,

• A platinum-banded ring set with a cracked diamond-shaped Amethyst. It has some citrine inclusions. (Worth 50 gp),

• 1 dose of Filamine,

• 2 empty Filamine vials, with indications of recent use,

• A ledger shielded by illusory magic. Riga easily breaks through it- it's filled with names. It includes the names of many thugs working for the operation, whether forced or otherwise. In special, there is an M.V. at the top.,

• A scroll case filled with old, moth-bitten parchment. It seems to describe a lecture on Illusory Geometry and the importance of the third dimension. There are... Rants about Bluetrench near the end, to say the least. Very bitter.
