The GMEC (Goblins Crazy about Engineering and Weave) is a union headed by Frozzymandias Frozz Féannon, one of the Steam Barons of Nayora. They pretty much organize all of the factory work there, in spite of the goblin-focused name. Manufacturing magical and mechanical objects is their expertise.
