Ordo

A Paladin of Kelemvor and honorary member of the Nayoran City Guard, he patrols the outskirts of Nayora for trouble.
The Disciples have made use of him many times as a loosely affiliated agent.
He led the Disciple reinforcements that helped the party deal with Graal Lark's killer.
He will take Riga (and the party) to dinner to the Dragon's Roost Tavern, in southern Nayora, before joining them in the sewers.
Spent the night with Riga
[Detect Magic + Arcana 32]
First, he gives off a vague aura of divinity, not unlike a small taste of the night you all awoke from your dreams. His sword has similar auras of evocation and transmutation, though considerably weaker, and his armor looks to be magical in some way.
The holy symbol around his neck is also clearly a holy focus. Then he turns his head to face forward, and you look at the back. As Riga continues her focus around the area where he said his scar is, it's like blinking after being blinded by a bright light.
With each passing moment, the aura of holiness peels back, dissolving into Necromancy. The back of Ordo's head reeks of that unique mix of dunamancy and divinity, the clear indicator of a Fate. Ordo looks back at Riga and smiles like he knows you know, but there's no way he could. Right?
Fate:
His Fate seems to passively make him seems trustworthy and above reproach, even when not physically present (needs to be confirmed). Liviina herself was affected. Possibily a cousin to Fate of the Unseen
Actually, the Fate of the Trusted, grafted like a crown to the back of his head.
[Trick - Ward of Lampkeeper]
As Trick grasps the lantern and allows its magic to flow, she looks up at Ordo. And... it... it feels like looking at an optical illusion. She knows the lantern is pointing to him as the nearest undead, yes, but... he just looks so nice. So trustworthy. Could Riga be right? What if she isn't, what if she is being tricked by a cultist?
Revealed himself to be Ontrem, the Vitral of Rot, and a Revenant.
The group defeated him by the skin of their teeth, stripped them bare, and prepared to carry him to the Library.
The murder Setup
- His quickly rotting body was deposited by Liviina Akra before the Palace of Concordance, where the Guards would find it
- Riga penned an inflammatory letter where the The Cult of the Wandering Shard took responsibility for killing Nayora's guardian
- Trick crafted a classic callsign of the The Deepest Shadows and we rolled it into his mouth
- Ravik placed a Brimstone of Accelerated Decay into his pocket to cover up the decomposition
- Our story: Ordo stayed behind in the sewers after we killed the Bulettes to investigate an undead apparition and purify the area.
