Dragonborn

Dragonborn are the natural consequence of the Great Draconic Wars. Upon mixing the blood of mortals with scales and blood of dragons in the battlefield, some of the fallen soldiers returned to life- but with their forms altered forever.
For decades, those that had their skin marked by the chromatic dragons' scales were pushed to the edges of society. However, as time passed and those who earned Metallic and Gem scales showing they didn't always reflect the image of those dragons, the sullied image of chromatic Dragonborn was slowly washed away to the sewers of history.
Some dragonborn let themselves be influenced by stories of the past, embracing the characters of dragons that share their scales, and believing that just like their Draconic creators, to amass wealth and hoards would grow their power even more.
