The hierarchy of the hells is deviously confusing at best, and Demons and Devils are hard to tell apart if not one of the 'standard' types. However, a few things clue Riga in. First, this must be a Devil. If it were a Demon, there would be no clean corpse, no prisoners, no great plot. There would just be fire, destruction, and death. Second, Riga is not sure if this Devil falls into any of the 'common' categories. They appear to be some form of infantry focused on deceit and trickery, judging by their skillset and the fact they managed to take down this many disciple operatives. It likely holds or held certain importance in the Hells, likely on the same level and stature as a Chain Devil. The overall anatomy and shape of this Devil reminds Riga of Abishai, which are dragon-like humanoid devils. Most of them were born from souls of great generals or warriors that fought on Tiamat's side of the Draconic Wars.

One name jumps to Riga's mind- Flayhorn. Generals, tacticians, infiltrators- devils shaped not to corrupt mortal souls, but to fight the Blood War. One would never step foot outside the Lower Planes.

Not associated to any particular Archdevil, but more likely to belong to those in Avernus due to its state as the Frontline

A standard Flayhorn is resistant to BPS and cold, immune to Fire and Poison.
