Description

Tommen is... Different. His skin expands, contorts, as though something were inside and trying to get out. His now disproportionate hands find his neck once more, and like a snake shedding its old skin, what was once Tommen falls to the ground below as though it had never been a person. Something else stands in his place on the noose.

A large creature, approximately eight feet tall, is covered in strange pale skin, with small greenish blemishes as though it had been beaten repeatedly- or as though there were something just beneath its skin. Its head is a strange mockery of a human's, faceless and covered in teeth that resemble a crack moreso than a mouth. Covered in rippling muscles and sporting gigantic claws, it easily rips the noose away to crash down onto the gallows. With a roar, it unfurls a pair of wings- no. Fleshy mockeries of a whale's fins, bumpy and so thin you can see the bones through it as sunlight shines on it.

From Riga's Study and pissing contest with Liviina Akra

[Study 25] "Just looking at it, Riga is disturbed at the creature. Her mind keeps jumping between what it could be. Some of it screams aberration, but she feels an eerie divinity from it, like a Celestial. Not all Celestials are pretty angels, after all- some are rather fucked up by mortal standards, and could easily be confused for an aberration with nice perfume and a tabard. If it's any aberration that can be proud to call itself that, it's certainly resistant to psychic damage at the least. Trick's arrows prove that it also resists non-magical damage."

[Arcana 37]
Looking over the corpse, Riga kneels down to better examine it. Its skin looks like human skin, except it's extremely pale, as though it were very white and then left away from the sun for a long time, as well as having some green splatters to it like it's bruised.

Additionally, she spots a few areas where it almost seems to writhe, raising quarters of quarters of an inch. When the skin raises, that spot gains a deeper green coloration.

Looking at its wounds, it looks like the thing is stuffed with malachite. In fact, it doesn't look like there's anything under its skin but malachite. Riga's best guess, with how Tommen's skin was shed like clothes, is that either this had already replaced Tommen from within and had only 'stopped' its growth temporarily, or it was implanted as some sort of 'seed' that grew rapidly on a certain trigger.

The fact he was interrogated by Disciples and nobody noticed it means it was either undetectable, cloaked somehow, or the interrogators were in on it.
