This item has 2 charges. When you take the Disengage or Dash action, you can use 1 charge to immediately teleport up to 10 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. This item regains all its charges at dawn.

Minor Glamour
While wearing the cloak, you can use an action to subtly alter its appearance. This change lasts until you use this ability again, the cloak is dispelled, or the cloak is removed.

Shadow Blend
You can hide behind Friendly Medium creatures, even if exposed, so long as they are producing a Shadow and aware of your presence.
