While hovering a hand near it, one can feel air softly and silently flowing in the crystal's direction in the rhythm of their own breathing.

This wand has 4 charges. While holding it, you can expend 1 charge to cast the Silence spell from it. You may expend 1 additional charge when casting this spell to drain some of the air from the area of Silence. Each creature that starts their turn in the area cannot breathe, and begins Suffocating until they leave the spell's area.

This wand regains 1d3+1 charges daily at dawn.
