It appears to be... extremely hard to find, or fabricate, judging by the complexity of holding a soul in this manner.

Once unearthed, it released a 10ft radius blast of nauseating energy, not unlike the expected effect of malachite people are normally warned about (and not unlike the Malachite Burst ability.)
