Dragon Statue
Ravik recognizes the thinner dragon. It somewhat resembles a statue dedicated to Sardior that he once saw in a temple, with one main difference. That statue didn't have wings, this one does.
Ravik is absolutely certain that these two dragons do not match any known species, both of True dragons or lesser species. The one you believe to be Sardior has traits you recognize in some gem dragons, however, which only confirms your suspicions.
At the end of the hallway, in a small room that starts squared and ends in a half-circle, are two pyres burning bright with green flames. At its center is a statue, 13ft tall, touching the ceiling, and 16ft wide. There are circular platforms both on the ceiling and floor, parts of the statue.
Two dragons, both winged, intertwine. One, longer and thinner made of rusted iron, descends towards a ground platform similarly covered in rust, while the other, more muscled and made of silver, soars in the direction of a sea platform of old silver.
Their forms are similar to what you'd expect from dragons, but something has damaged these statues even further than the rusted platforms they are connected to. Their surfaces, in some sections, resemble more the interior of a hive, unequally corroded.
BugSaw in particular notices that the silver dragon and 'sea' have been relatively recently polished.

The pose with this other dragon, the difference in material as if one is iron and the other silver, have I seen that before? Or do I have an idea who it might depict?
You have seen statues depicting Sardior and Tiamat, or Sardior and a draconic personification of Midrán, as the father of metallics. But never in this sort of pose.
